Florasophy bread
Fresh bread is undeniably one of life's true pleasures. Our Florasophy bread will keep you full for hours and is gluten/grain-free and loaded with fiber!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup Daily Fix or Firm Up OR ¼ Loosen Up with 2 tbsp. fine psyllium husk powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 large eggs
- 7/8 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp dry Italian herbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Oil bread pan or baking sheet and set aside.
- In a medium sized bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour boiling water and vinegar into dry ingredients and mix well until dough firms up.
- Whip eggs in a separate small bowl and fold into dough.
- Form into either 1 loaf or 8 small rolls.
- Bake for 55 minutes for loaf or 35 for rolls, then remove and cool completely.
