Refund policy

Because Florasophy is a food item, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, you have 30 days after receiving your item to let us know.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the packaging is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
