Improve my poops

Florasophy has been clinically proven to support fluid balance due to the absorptive and gelatinous nature of soluble fiber.

Timing: If you're experiencing trouble with your stool consistency or constipation, taking your Florasophy with meals is ideal. 

Formula: Firm Up was developed specifically for IBS-Diarrhea, while Loosen Up was developed specifically for those experiencing constipation. For IBS-C/D both, Daily Fix is recommended.
