Ingredients: Organic Chia Seed Powder, Organic Acacia Gum, Glucomannan, and Organic Sunfiber®

Mix into 6-8 oz of water, diluted juice or smoothie and drink right away. Start with 1 teaspoon per day, increasing daily quantity slowly. Average serving size is 1 tablespoon. Do not exceed 3 tablespoons per day.
