Shipping policy
It’s our goal to send you Florasophy as quickly and efficiently as possible. Upon checkout, you’ll have the chance to select flat rate $6 shipping or an expedited option/select carrier for an additional cost.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Order processing time is in addition to the shipping speed you select at checkout.
From time to time, we may experience a high volume of orders, technical glitches or carrier interruptions that are outside of our control that may impact the time it takes for your order to reach you.
Domestic shipping rates and estimates
Shipping options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer free shipping on orders over $50, subject to change without notice. Free shipping orders will be mailed in the most cost effective and time efficient manner.
International shipping
At this time, we only ship to the United States.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@thinkflorasophy.com with your name and order number so we can look into it for you.
Shipping to PO boxes
UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
