Florasophy English muffin
We love using our Florasophy in different ways, and this English muffin created by Megan Barnett, MS, CNS, and her mom is a hit!
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp flax
- 1 tbsp Florasophy
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- Dash of cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract and honey (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a mug.
- Cook for 90 seconds in the microwave. Cut in half and top with your favorite nut butter or avocado.
