Florasophy pumpkin muffin
Nothing says fall like pumpkin, and this muffin is one of the healthiest ways to start your day with a kickstart of soluble fiber. It is sugar-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free. You can add dark chocolate chips or maple syrup if you’d like a touch of sweetness.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup pumpkin
- 3 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tbsp Florasophy
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp oil
- Dash of salt
- Dash of cinnamon
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a mug.
- Cook for 90 seconds in the microwave. Cut in half and top with your favorite nut butter.
