Florasophy pumpkin spice loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup garbanzo bean flour
  • 1/3 cup Florasophy
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup alulose sugar-alternative
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup oil or butter softened/melted

*** Optional - add 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Line bread loaf pan with baking paper or oil
  3. Mix all wet ingredients well
  4. Mix all dry ingredients well
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients well and fill bread pan (if adding chocolate chips or nuts, do this as the last step before adding to pan.
  6. Bake for 60-65 minutes
  7. Cool completely and enjoy
