High-fiber recipe: Keto

This keto porridge is a decadent treat to start your day, warming you from the inside out and keeping you full for hours. The super seeds in this recipe are nutritional powerhouses and high in fiber.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup + 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seed meal
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 4-8 drops NOW liquid monk fruit

Instructions

  1. Stir all dry ingredients together in a saucepan.
  2. Add coconut milk and 4 monk fruit drops (you can add more if preferred).
  3. Simmer over a stovetop for 3-5 minutes until thick and serve hot.
