Florasophy's Firm Up™ soluble fiber supplement improves consistency of bowel movements and helps relieve diarrhea and symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). What to expect: Symptoms will continually improve from the first day of use. After 2 to 3 months of daily use, patients report a range of improvements including better sleep, balanced hormones, more energy, clearer skin, and better metabolism.

Ingredients: Organic Psyllium Seed, Organic Acacia Gum, Organic Chia Seed Powder, Glucomannan, and Organic Sunfiber®

Mix into 6-8 oz of water, diluted juice or smoothie and drink right away. Start with 1 teaspoon per day, increasing daily quantity slowly. Average serving size is 1 tablespoon. Do not exceed 3 tablespoons per day.
